Some Interesting Theories of Organizational Behaviour

S-O-B-C MODEL BY FREUD LUTHANS

This is a very interesting model given by Freud
S-Stimulus
O-Organism
B-Behavior
C-Consequences
Here "S"is any event that happens in any environment for example some one shouting on you
"O" is the organism i.e."you" on whom that XYZ is shouting but in Organizational Context it will be an employee or an employer.
"B" is your Response in regard to that stimulus.
"C"Consequences or outcome of that behavior or response.
